Newest Emerging Douchebags At The Gym


We have all walked in to the gym, put our stuff in the locker (seen an old guys ass or two), warmed up on the bike/treadmill, then walk over to the weights ready to kill a huge chest day and of course the fucking bars are missing on the bench. Why you ask? Because of all the fucking people doing their CrossFit shit. I get it you want to get bigger and do different things blah blah blah but don't be a douche bag. Half the fucking people who do this leave the fucking bar on the ground afterwards and expect the next person to put it back. It’s not so much the people doing it at the gym that irritate me; it is the people who talk/post about how great it is. Everyone has those two or three D bags on their Facebook page or Twitter timeline who just rant and rave about this CrossFit stuff. Half the pictures I see are just fat guys lifting the bar up but since their doing CrossFit they think they are in shape. No, stop it. Go run buddy. I'm just completely sick of it. The best part is these guys complain that there isn't the right equipment at Planet Fitness for them to do it. Of course we don't do that shit buddy. They don’t even have scales in there! They should change the sign from "no lunks" to "no lunks and CrossFitt fags". If you are that into it go join the actual gyms for CrossFit then you and all your bros can film each other throwing the kettle bells in each other’s asses.
